Delete your Dialiffy account

Dialiffy users can request account deletion at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens to your data after the request is verified. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit this request.

Use your registered email address

Send the request from the email address connected to the account you want deleted so we can verify ownership.

Email support@dialiffy.com or contact us through the website with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Confirm the request

Our support team may ask for confirmation before permanently deleting account data.

How to request deletion

Send your request from the email address registered with your Dialiffy account. Include your full name, registered email address, and the business or workspace name associated with the account.

We normally process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Data deleted

  • User profile information, including name and contact details.
  • Saved contacts and communication preferences.
  • Call history, message history, and account activity linked to the user account.
  • Assigned app access and authentication data.

Data that may be retained

  • Billing, invoice, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance records may be retained where required by law.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify an individual user may be retained.
  • Backups may keep deleted data for a limited period before automatic removal.
